Take out the earbuds from the case and plug them in your ears. Now, simultaneously press and hold both the earbuds’ buttons for a few seconds until you hear “Raycon powered on” and “connected” (meaning the earbuds are connected with each other).

Nevertheless, the pairing process may vary in accordance with the device you have. But, don’t worry! No matter if you have an Android, iPhone, iMac, or Windows laptop, you’ll find the pairing method down here.

I’ve also covered some additional queries in the FAQs below. But if you don’t find your problem there, you can comment down below and we’ll find the fix for your issue.

FAQs

Why are my Raycon earbuds not pairing?

Are you facing connectivity issues with your Raycon earbuds? Well, it may be because they’re low on battery, or already connected to a device, or the device is out of their Bluetooth range.
If that’s not the case, you should try updating their firmware and resetting them. If nothing works, your earbuds might be physically damaged. In that instance, you should contact Raycon customer support to repair or replace your earbuds. In a worst-case scenario, you’d have to go for a new pair of earbuds.

How do I reset my Raycon earbuds?

There are plenty of different earbud models from Raycon and each one has a different reset method. I’ve deliberately explained the reset methods for all the Raycon earbuds here. I hope it helps you fix your issue.

Can my Raycon earbuds connect with multiple devices?

Despite being cross-compatible, Raycon earbuds don’t have the luxury of connecting with multiple devices simultaneously.
You can only connect them with one device at a time and you have to disconnect them first to pair them with another device.

Does Raycon earbuds work with Siri?

Yes, they do. Not only Siri, but your Raycon earbuds are also compatible with Google Assistant, Alexa, Cortona, and a few other VA software.

How can I turn off my Raycon earbuds?

There are two ways to turn off your Raycon earbuds. The first one is to place them back in the case and wait for a few seconds before you close it. The other method is to tap and hold on the L/R touch controls for 10 seconds and then place them back in the case.
It’s always better to turn off your earbuds before you recharge as it fastens the process and avoids any troubleshooting.
