  2. Locate the Bluetooth button on the speaker; press and hold the Bluetooth button while reconnecting the power cable.
  3. Keep holding the Bluetooth button until the front light turns white to amber. 
  4. Now release the Bluetooth button and wait for the blinking amber light to turn green.
  5. As the light turns green, the Sonos Era 100 or Era 300 has been successfully reset to default settings.

  3. Continue to hold the play/pause button until the white blinking light in front of the speaker turns amber.

  3. Below the power button, you’ll find a button with an infinity sign on it. Press and hold this button while releasing the power button, and put the speaker back on its base as you continue to press the button with an infinity sign on it.
  4. Continue to hold this button until the white blinking light on top of your Sonos Move Speaker turns into a flashing amber light.
  5. As the light turns amber, release the button and wait for the device to perform a factory reset and the light to turn green. 
  6. Once the light turns green, the speaker has been successfully restored to the factory setting.
